monday!

Good Morning Monday!
This is a new take on Monday, Boy am I glad it is here. The weekend was pretty tough. I did too much on Friday (thinking I was so strong I could do more than I should) I know doctors rules only apply to others. So I paid for it this weekend, what do they say? One step forward and two steps back?

Well I will try to follow the doctors rules for the rest of the week. I do have a follow up appointment later this week. So I will behave myself.

I have plenty to do, Dave at work is expecting his first baby, to date I don't know If I need to work on pink or blue afghans... So I guess I will need to work on both."Any chances there are twins Dave?"

Have a great week everyone!

Sorry Lynette, no sign of any twins in there. The only way is if one of them has been hiding behind the other on both ultrasounds. And you'll find out pink or blue just as soon as I know (probably around mid to late August). Keep fighting. I know you will. And get back soon. This place isn't the same without you.

Listen lady if you can raise 2 kids by YOURSELF you can do anything. I honestly believe that!
I wanted to let you know I was thinking about you and we all miss you terribly here. Try to relax!

Hi Lynette:

Thank you so much for your kind comments. I pray that all goes well with your stent.
I had my first treatment today,(which I am shortly going to blog about). Emotionall I feel good, and physically just mild flu like symptoms. We will see how tonight goes and how I feel tomorrow, but I am staying positive.

Have you checked out Oncolink and the Naionl Cancer Institute...they have good info on Interferon.

All the best, your friend in Toronto

Chris

Hi Lynette:

I am glad that you have support...that is very important when one is going through something like this. I am glad that I can be of some help to you and give you a first hand account of what the treatment is like. Remember it is different for everybody and side effects may be mild if one is lucky enough.
Yes, you may link my blog on your site...anybody who is helped by this is a great thing.

Thanks again for you support and I will be thinking of you also.

Chris
