I am a little late on posting for my #9 injection.
As you know Friday I had an appointment at the Cancer Center for a port flush and blood work. This should have taken 10 minutes. Well not with me......If things can be difficult I always manage to do it that way. I was there over 2 hours and still didn't get the blood work done. The could not get my port to aspirate, They injected TCA to help waited 30 min and gave me a second dose. That did not work. So they were going to send me down to radiology for a dye test. But since it was so late on Friday afternoon, the radiologist had already left. So Monday I will go back up to the hospital and try everything again. And hopefully reschedule my oncologist appointment.
Saturday I had a pretty bad day. But today looks more promising.

Sounds rough. You must know about everyone in that hospital by now!

I hope that you're able to find that place in you that will give you hope and a positive outlook even though the chemicals do so much damage to your spirit.
